At our company, we use a direct dial-inwards (DDI) number to forward calls to us. Once we provide you with this number, you can contact your mobile provider and they will assist you in setting up call forwarding. It’s a simple process, and we are happy to guide you through it if needed. 

What information do you take from callers?

We offer a customisable message passing service that caters to your needs. You can choose the level of detail required and provide us with the necessary information, and we will send you an email with the relevant message. We aim to provide a seamless experience by accommodating our clients’ individual preferences. 

Can you provide me with a telephone number that I can advertise on my website and other promotional material?

Yes, you can choose to have a virtual telephone number with an 01, 02, 03, or 08 prefix. These numbers are not limited to your local area, so if you work in the north of Manchester, for example, you can still have a London telephone number.
